Manuscript Benchmarks and Ecosystem Demonstration Data

This repository hosts the complete, processed datasets used to benchmark and validate the MetaViralyst ecosystem. These datasets are provided to ensure full transparency, enable independent verification of the pipeline’s performance, and serve as interactive demonstration data.

Rather than downloading massive archive files, you can interactively browse the final HTML pipeline reports directly in your browser below, or download the raw abundance matrices to test the Explorer application yourself.

In addition to the live interactive dashboards, all output structures are available for download via GitHub Releases below. These files are also permanently archived on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18791315).

1. Explorer Demonstration Data

Standardized, wide-format abundance matrices and sample metadata sheets generated explicitly for testing the MetaViralyst-Explorer application. Upload these into app.metaviralyst.ca to reproduce the ecological analyses (Figures S2–S6).
